1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Atlas Stitch for bespoke home furnishings manufacturing, including custom curtain design, made-to-measure curtain production, fabric sourcing and consultation, installation services, curtain accessories, and soft furnishing tailoring, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

Atlas Stitch offers the following services:

• Custom curtain design and consultation.
• Made-to-measure curtain production tailored to your specifications.
• Sourcing and consultation on a wide range of fabrics.
• Professional installation services for our products.
• Supply of curtain accessories.
• Soft furnishing tailoring.

3. Orders and Specifications

All orders for custom products are subject to detailed specification and confirmation. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all measurements, fabric choices, and design details provided are accurate. Atlas Stitch will proceed with manufacturing based on the confirmed specifications. Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges and affect production timelines.

Please note that fabric colours and textures displayed on our online platform may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen calibration and natural variations in materials. We recommend viewing fabric samples in person whenever possible.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products and services are quoted on a project-by-project basis and are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed quotes will be honoured. A deposit may be required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon completion or prior to installation, as specified in your individual agreement. Payments are accepted via methods agreed upon during the quotation process. All sales are final for custom-made bespoke items once production has commenced.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and are provided at the time of order confirmation. While Atlas Stitch endeavours to meet all agreed-upon schedules, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fabric availability, production complexities, or logistical issues. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Installation services will be carried out by our professional team. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the installation area is accessible and clear.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. Cancellations of custom orders are generally not permitted after this stage. In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund or credit may be considered at the sole discretion of Atlas Stitch, subject to any costs incurred for materials and labour up to the point of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, text, graphics, logos, and service marks related to Atlas Stitch and its online presence are the intellectual property of Atlas Stitch or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site or services without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Stitch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
